I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Short term rehab- Westminster Towers for the exceptional care they provided to my grandmother, Wilma Godfroy, during her stays, which totaled five months. The staff at Westminster Towers truly went above and beyond in every aspect of their care. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the staff was dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment. The nurses and caregivers were not only highly professional but also incredibly compassionate, treating my grandmother with the utmost respect and kindness. The cleanliness of the facility was outstanding, and it was clear that maintaining a hygienic and comfortable environment for the residents was a top priority. This attention to detail significantly contributed to my grandmother’s comfort and well-being during her time there. One of the highlights of my grandmother’s stay was the dining experience. She looked forward to mealtimes each day, thanks to the delicious and nutritious meals provided by the dining staff. The variety and quality of the food were consistently excellent, and this became her favorite time of the day. Additionally, Westminster Towers offered a range of activities that kept my grandmother engaged and entertained. It was heartening to see her participate in the various programs, which were thoughtfully designed to cater to the interests and abilities of the residents. Overall, I cannot thank the team at Westminster Towers enough, especially the DON Patty, for their unwavering dedication and care. They provided a level of service that truly exceeded our expectations and made a significant difference in my grandmother’s quality of life. My father was in long term care in the health center at Westminster for 14 months before he recently passed. Our family was very pleased with the overall kindness, care and positivity of the people who were there for us; a few of the names to thank…Ella, Linelia, Gigi, Marie, Abby, Yolaine, Arletis, Steve, Tricia. Although every day wasn’t perfect we wanted to recognize their efforts in a very demanding job.

My mom was in WMT for about 3 months following a hip injury. She is in her late 90's and has spent time in 2 other rehab facilities in the last 10 years for recovery. WMT was far above the care, attention and rehab of the other 2 facilities. The nursing staff was very caring and accessible as were the general doctor and the wound doctor. I wasn't worried about leaving my mom after visiting her because I felt she was in good hands. The facility is very clean, the grounds are beautiful and everyone is very nice. I would recommend this facility.

Great place for seniors. High quality and consistent standards. My Dad, Aunt and now Mom have all lived there. Highly recommend for independent living. Aunt had good experience w assisted living. Skilled nursing there I did not have good experiences w my Aunt or Dad. Some black Jamaican staff resented caring for whites. That was over ten years ago. Maybe that has changed.
